A 4 week beginner’s class to learn how to spin yarn on a spinning wheel. Register by May 15, 2026

Instructor name: Laurie Webber Description of workshop: As an introduction to spinning, this class is designed to move you from understanding the mechanics of the wheel to producing finished skeins of yarn. From there the possibilities are endless! The use of guild spinning wheels is included in the cost of the class. Skill Level: Beginner Date: May 30, June 6, 13 and 20, 2026 Time: 1 to 4 pm Register by May 15, 2026 Member cost: $210 includes a $30 supply fee Non-member cost: $240 includes a $30 supply fee

Cancellation Policy

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise; regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for our classes and workshops because of our small class sizes and pre-purchased materials. ​ If you are unable to attend a class, you may transfer your spot to another person. If you are unable to find a replacement, please contact registration (link to registration email) as we may have a waitlist and might be able to help you. If the class/workshop is cancelled due to instructor illness, low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund.
