Class/Workshop Description
Instructor: Siri McCormick Make your own indigo vat and learn how to use it – all in one day! Indigo is a fantastic dye. It likes cotton, silk, wool, linen, ramie (any natural protein or cellulose based fibre) and colours them in a beautiful range of pale blue to navy. Working outdoors in a group setting, each of us will set up our individual indigo dye pots, prepare our own fibres for dyeing and create many beautiful colours and patterns. At the end of the day, you take home your fabulous fabrics and yarns along with your indigo pot for further experimentation. Indigo dye kits are included in the price of the workshop. Skill Level: no experience necessary Date: Aug 9th, 2025 Time: 10am to 4pm Register by July 26th, 2025 Member cost $145. Non-member cost $175 Time: 1:00 - 4:00 pm

Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise; regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for our classes and workshops because of our small class sizes and pre-purchased materials. If you are unable to attend a class, you may transfer your spot to another person. If you are unable to find a replacement, please contact registration (link to registration email) as we may have a waitlist and might be able to help you. If the class/workshop is cancelled due to instructor illness, low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund.
